From Boston
Take Route 93 North to Exit 37-A (Route 128/I-95 North). Take Exit 40 (Route 129) and take first right off rotary toward Wakefield Center. Follow Route 129 (Main Street) alongside lake, into Wakefield downtown. Within downtown, at first set of lights, turn left onto Water Street. 27 Water Street is the 4-story office building on your right.

From Points West
Take Route 90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) East to Route 128/I-95 North. Take Exit 40 (Route 129) and take first right off rotary toward Wakefield Center. Follow Route 129 (Main Street) alongside lake, into Wakefield downtown. Within downtown, at first set of lights, turn left onto Water Street. 27 Water Street is the 4-story office building on your right.

From Points North
Take either Route 1 South or Route 95 South to connect with Route 128/I-95 south. Take Exit 40 (Route 129) and go 3/4 around the rotary toward Wakefield Center. Follow Route 129 (Main Street) alongside lake, into Wakefield downtown. Within downtown, at first set of lights, (see Hart's Hardware on corner) turn left onto Water Street. 27 Water Street is the 4-story office building on your right.

From Melrose/Malden
Enter Wakefield from Main Street, Melrose. Turn right onto Water Street at lights (1st lights past McDonald's Restaurant). 27 Water Street is the 4-story office building on your right.

From Saugus/Route One
Take the Walnut Street exit West (toward Wakefield). Turn left at lights, at fork, onto Water Street (Route 129 West). 27 Water Street is the 4-story office building on your left (next to Daddy's Donuts), one block before Wakefield Center.
