Rescue me will allow Key Strokes' personnel to gain remote access to your PC in order to attempt resolution of a problem relating to that PC.

Key Strokes is charged a licensing fee each time we use this PC Remote Rescue system and therefore we must pass this cost on to our Customers.

You will be charged a $ 85.00 fee for each remote rescue session.

If the problem is not resolved using this method and you schedule an on-site service call, the $85.00 fee charged for the remote rescue session - will be applied toward that service call.

Key Strokes USA, Inc. and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement products or service, loss or damage to data arising out of the use or inability to use this site or any Key Strokes USA, Inc. product or service. Under no circumstance, including but not limited to negligence, shall Key Strokes USA, Inc. be liable for damages resulting from use of the service, or reliance on the information present on this site, even if Key Strokes USA, Inc. or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Key Strokes USA, Inc.'s total liability to you from all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether, in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount you paid to Key Strokes USA, Inc., if any, for the service.
